congress won’t surrender
Ever since Cindy Sheehan stirred up debate by demanding an immediate pullout, certain politicians have flirted with the idea. Called on the carpet, the flirters wouldn’t commit.
So now that Congress has decided 403-3 to not surrender, they need to work with the Administration and find a way to win.
