Monday night college football is an awesome idea. Seriously, a 7:00 start is much better than MNF’s regular game time. (Back when we lived on the East Coast I rarely made it to halftime.) Plus, I like switching back and forth between games (though I bet the advertisers aren’t keen on that idea).
My only complaint is that we don’t get ESPN2 in HD. So, I start out watching the college game and the picture looks great. Then when MNF kicks off, I switch over to watch a couple plays in HD before switching back, and OMG, what did they do to the picture? It looked all blurry all of the sudden.
I thought everything was scheduled to go HD next year. Was that just a ploy to make me go out and buy a new tv?
