Back online

Finally!  I have internet service in my hooch.  Because we should be actually, you know, working, instead of surfing the web, the Army blocks most blogs on my official computer.  So I don’t even know what’s going on out there.  I haven’t even been able to read my comments awaiting moderation for the past month.  But now I have internet service in my Baghdad home away from home. 

No post tonight, however, since in this maze of cables scattered around me (three different kinds of outlets and two different voltages) I can’t find any combination that allows me to simultaneously plug in both the internet hub and computer.  So my rapidly dwindling battery life is going to bring this to an early close.
