In the increasingly likely event that the GOP nominee is determined at a brokered convention, Ron Paul’s handful of delegates might actually wield some influence. I just hope that his delegates are the libertarian supporters instead of the loony ones.
Other than that I think that a brokered convention is a great thing for the Republican Party since it is a week-long real news story that keeps the Republican Party front and center in people’s minds long after the Democrats hold their meaningless mock coronation.
