Michael Moore responds to Fred Thompson’s video answer to Moore’s original letter.  Essentially, Michael Moore’s hyperventilating response boils down to:

“Heh, Thompson isn’t taking me seriously!”

Exactly, Michael.  Exactly.

  1. Bob Krumm » Fred Thompson: a most unusual candidate Says:

    [...] Moore responds–ironically, again, without film. [...]

  2. Sean B Says:

    It’s reasonable to ask whether or not the stogie in his mouth was rolled in Cuba. If Thompson supports the embargo against Cuba, it would be utterly hypocritical of him to smoke the banned Cuban cigars (regardless of whether they were brought in legally or not).

    Frankly, I’m surprised to see so many reasonable Conservatives gushing over Fred Thompson’s behavior, which is more reminiscent of Rush Limbaugh than any of the Presidents in modern history.

    Sean B:

    One wonders if you are asking the same question of people like Al Gore, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama as they fly around their carbon-spewing private jets and drive around their low-mileage high performance cars and SUVs while berating everyone around them that the world is literally burning up due to our inability to make sacrifices for the environment.

  4. Chris Says:

    ‘Reasonable to ask if that’s a Cuban stogey’

    Why!? You can’t have one.
    Besides, you’ll learn not to ask questions you don’t already know the answer to;

    “As to the cigars, they are the result of the generosity of a friend of mine who gives me a few from time to time. We intend to see to it that they are destroyed over the next few months.”

    lol, LOL! ROFL!! Like it or not, this man IS the 44th President of The United States!
