It appears that Chicago’s election customs have made their way to Memphis:
Election records of a September special election that put Ophelia Ford in a state Senate seat show that someone may have used the name of a man who had been dead for six weeks to vote.
Dead people don’t accidentally vote. Somebody purposely committed fraud. The DA needs to investigate to find out if it was an isolated incident, or if this was part of a larger conspiracy.
