religious leaders who say outrageous things

Here in Nashville last week we had a visit from the hateful church that claims that God hates America because we don’t hate gays. 

Also last week, Pat Robertson, a man of the cloth, decided it would be a good idea to assassinate a third-world despot because . . . well, I don’t know why . . . just because. 

Now this week we have a new religious nut job who claims that his god steered Katrina from New Orleans to Mississippi instead, because its Governor was guilty of the crime of having once been the Chairman of the Republican National Committtee. 

You know why the most extreme fringes of  left and right hate each other so much?  Because they’re exactly alike:  they both wish death to those who don’t agree with their views.  Despicable
